Cutting Instructions:

Beef Cut Sheets should be completed & returned within 7 days of dropping off any animals for slaughter. Please have all other species cut sheets returned within 2 days of animal drop off. You can drop off completed cut sheets at the plant located at:

 230 25th Ave W

 Havre, MT, 59501

Offals:

In order to save offals (heart, tongue, liver, oxtail, ect.) we need to know prior to slaughter when the animal is dropped off. Once Offals pass USDA Inspection, they can then be returned to you or your customers & are charged by the pound.
